One of the best roleplaying games out there. The amount of replayability is insane.

Can recommend to any DnD fan or fantasy fan.

You will need a few guides to get started but once the overall loop clicks you get to play a great 4X game.

Even though i still don't understand how to play the Umbral Choir (and probably never will xD) i still thoroughly enjoyed this game and can recommend it to strategy game fans.

I love my german jank!

This is the typical german rpg experience:

Be killed → find exploit → be killed → find exploit → ??? → finish game as the ultimate death machine

In my opinion this game is the perfect completionist open world game.

Everything can be done in under 10 hours and you never feel like you are just collecting stuff for a checklist.

The story is fun and totally cheesy and i love it for it.

Gameplay is fun, even though sometimes the controls feel a little bit janky.

I'll definitely buy the DLC once it is out.

Two seasons in and Mazepin is driving for Mercedes.

Still spins out.

Very realistic. Would recommend!

Review:
+New driving physics feel more difficult to master
+The story mode is quite interesting even if it feels a little bit exaggerated (some driver models look cursed)
+My Team is basically the same as F1 2020 (no need to switch if you already have F1 2020)
+New Team decisions and random events that can happen

-EA's purchase of CodeMasters is worrying
-The rule stringency can feel quite random (especially corner cutting)
-Podium Pass is still unnecessary
-The customization for My Team could have been improved by now

Overall:

If you are a diehard F1 fan it is a must.

However if you only have a passing interest in F1 i would wait for a sale or go with F1 2020, which is basically the same game, with just a few differences and no story mode.

Overall
A good but not perfect game with cult character

Pros
+The Mad Max experience is unmatched by any other game
+Upgrade and progress system keeps you wanting to clear more and more regions in the map
+Driving combat feels great
+The storms bring real danger (especially in the early game) and completely change the game experience
+Customization of car although limited feels like creating a perfectly tailored "MAGNUM OPUS"
+Visuals are really well done and the map really feels like the remains of an old city/world

Neutral
+-On-foot combat does feel good (similar to the new Batman games), however it becomes pretty mindless after a certain point. Attack, block when the button shows up and occassionally dodge when there is an unblockable attack.
+-Story not very interesting and pretty predictable (on the other hand that is like all MAD MAX movies so I can't really fault it for that)

Cons
-Many menial tasks necessary to clear maps (mainly mine clearing is really repetitive and boring)
-In order to upgrade camps a lot of collectathons necessary

Conclusion
Being a huge Mad Max Fan i loved the game but I can see the issues it has.
So my final verdict is an 81/100

A great single-player game

Pros
+great visuals and pretty well optimized
+The music and overall atmosphere just oozes Star Wars
+Map design is pretty good and sometimes previously tiny maps expand into pretty big ones
+Progress through different gadgets feels really rewarding and encourages going back to previous planets/maps
+The crew has great charisma and interaction feels star wars-y

Neutral
+-Story isn't that interesting

Cons
-Jumping sometimnes feels a little bit iffy and not really controls the way you want it too. Again that only happens sometimes and not all the time.
-The combat feels spongy. The indication if you correctly blocked an enemy doesn't really register. Also the directional dodging isn't quite on the dark souls level

Conclusion
Great game I would definetely recommend. I'd give it a 90/100.
