Yhorm's Great Machete doesn't have a guaranteed R1, R1 true combo. It does when you 1 hand it, the problem then is that reaction parrying you will be really easy. The Great Machete is good for PVE, but I'd consider switching to something else during PVP. You seem to enjoy big weapons, I'd recommend you to take a look at the Spiked Mace. 60 strength and 13 dex would give you an AR of 590, that you could increase to 710 with gold pine bundles. You'd also get an R1, forward R2 true combo and R1, L2, R1 is also a true combo in PVP. The problem with big weapons is that they are backstabbable af, so you should also be carrying a straight sword in case someone is trying to fish... like me, for example.
