Nuclear is not an option it's a must. It's a really good game and well playing with a HOTAS just makes it so much better, Can't wait to see how the devs continue working on this game. As it currently is, its really fun in both pvp and co-op mode. Also you get to nuke stuff and that stuff may even be yourself if you are a bit too close to the drop zone xd

Sins of a Solar Empire but better. I would have loved a story mode but Sins of a Solar Empire also did not have that so I can't expect this game to have one. It fixes the jankiness of Sins of a Solar Empire menus and is well more of Sins of a Solar Empire greatness brought up to modern graphics.

I love it when the enemies are so fast that I have trouble keeping them on my screen ... Missiles away, problem solved!

Super fun if you have friends to play with and have an interesting story and world-building. If you are a solo player it's just frustrating at points as this game is clearly not meant to be enjoyed alone when it just swarms you with mobs that can and will kill you with 3-6 hits while you try to fight a boss or mini-boss. Even clearing out all the mobs will just spawn another wave of mobs and if you don't clear them then a new wave will spawn anyways when the boss changes phases so you are screwed no matter what

Though there are things lacking from company of heroes 2 and some weird and funny bugs the core game is solid and has some good improvements over company of heroes 2.

The campaign this time around is interesting as it split up in a classic campaign and a dynamic campaign. The dynamic campaign is more like total war than anything else while still retaining missions like the ones you will find in company of heroes 2. It's an interesting concept though the skirmish mission could do with a bit more variety even though there are like 6 or so missions I have encountered so far besides the story missions. The classic campaign is just like the type you get in company of heroes 2 with a set of missions to complete.

As for the stuff missing, well there is no way to change the faceplates, no decals, no way to add combat perks, and no specific commanders with their own abilities besides the default 3 for each nation though that may change in the future.

As for bugs well there is the funny stug 3 commander/machine gunner T pose bug and then there is this weird audio stuttering bug and general performance stuttering bug that I do not know if they are on my end or if it is something wrong with the game but whatever it is it goes away after 5-15 minutes and will randomly reappear. That are the only bugs I have run into so far.

The graphics are honestly beautiful and i love how you can see the damaged models on vehicles.

Edit, i have run into a very irritating bug that is causing my dynamic/Italy campaign to not be able to continue after turn 34/35 as the game is no longer able to save for some odd reason and seems to be half stuck in a battle or some kind of event.

so yea it's 2023 and we are still waiting for Half life episode 3. Cya all in 2055 if the world as we know it is still around by that time. Who knows maybe the combine will come to earth before episode 3 is released
