I liked this game so much on PS5 (Fully platinumed it) that after complete came out and it is now shows as playable for Steam Deck that I'm looking forward to doing the same on PC. Game sucked most of 2022 away from me! Highly recommend turning off music, putting on good headphones, and playing on Authentic difficulty.

Things I love:
#1 By far over previous entries is Sound ranges and Suppressors. Some of these attachments are unrealistic for the time but greatly speed up play. No more hoping for a sound dampener or dealing with half the map knowing exactly where you are. This also applies to most Secondaries and Pistols.

#2 Aim Down Sights on all guns! Was very annoying in the older games that you couldn't do this!

#3 Souls-like Yager Invasions! You can invade or be invaded by another player. Fear not that it'll ruin your game... it auto saves when they first load in and you can choose to reset to before they loaded in if you die or from the last checkpoint (they do occur during invasions if it's safe enough). Also, take note that unless you are on authentic difficulty, you can see them through walls with focus and if they are far away the compass will point you to their direction. They don't get this advantage. Also, you have 0 ping so host has massive advantage. Also, both Karl and Jager should know that the Jager always spawns pretty close to Karl. I think the furthest I've ever seen was like 150 meters away.

#4 Despite what the individual reviews of the DLC says, most of the DLC maps are better for advanced play than the vanilla ones. Also... IMHO the Lee Enfield is the best stealth rifle in the game and that's only available as DLC... get complete or Season passes and it won't feel like a ripoff.

Could be better:
#1 If you are ANY model of Karl, his monologuing can give you away to an invader. Wish you could turn it off so you can enjoy the Karl Gillie.

#2 I wish you could see your single player Invader kill count.

#3 Wish you could rate your match and send some GG's to Invader or Karl. You can request rematches but that seems to be it.

#4 Wish there was some kind of time limited reward or something for Invasions. Once earned all the cosmetics for Karl or the Jager, no real incentive to keep doing it other than for fun.

#5 I wish they had trigger shoulder aim on Non-PS5 versions. Sniper Elite 4 had it on all platforms... not sure why they changed for 5? That or copy Tom Clancy Wildlands and with PS5 controls do R3 while aiming and the third person change shoulder button also move-able to the action key (R1) while aiming. Even with my SCUF controller this is not intuitive as is on PC

Very chill game. On paper shouldn't work, but is good fun. I played the original Playstation version all the way through and this second play through on PC is actually better than the first. PS4 controller fully supported except for the speaker. Motion control soothing of BB is way more sensitive than PS4 version. Everything else is great though. Would buy again.
