Brilliant sequel which has expanded on the original story of Crypto and pox ventures on taking over the galaxy. Some nice locations you visit such as London and China.

Its a shame they did not include the challenges that they had in the Original game which were replaced by side quests.

Without spoiling anything there is a massive difficulty spike at the end of the game with the final boss battle which is stupidly hard with no hint on how to defeat them. I had to use google for help on this.

A few new guns and mechanics which fit well with the game world. I would recommend anyone who is a fan of the first game, to pick this up and continue the story of Crypto.

8/10

Wow what an experience to replay one of my all time favourite games remastered in the RE engine.

They have added auto save which makes the game way more forgiving especially for people who pick up and play for the first time. Some new books and features added into the game which was nice. Dont like the fact they made frank look 30 years older than the orginial game and they changed the voice actor.

Overall 10/10

Brilliant remaster 10/10 nostalgia vibes from being a kid and playing this gem.

There was a few crashes now and again but nothing to major to takeaway from the gameplay and comedy value this game delivers.

Easy 100% completion. Real challenge was the in game challenges but they were fun to work through and figure out.

Glad I managed to pick up the sequel in a sale for 8 quid.

Well worth the wait. Resident evil Requiem has a perfect blend of content for new to the series and long time fans.

Gameplay,Graphics,Story, Sound design, Level design are all perfectly crafted into this survival horror.

Grace sections are based more around exploration and puzzle solving with a deeply immersive and jump scare sequences when played in first person.

Leon sections are based more around Resident evil 4 and 5 with enough action to put Die hard to shame.

My only issues I had with this game is that the intial early stages of the game with Grace is the level of difficulty when you have very little ammo and are faced with alot of zombie encounters which stealth would of played a better role here.

Brilliant sequel to the first 2 games with some nice ties in to wrap up the trilogy.

Few technical bugs here and there but running on a 4070 super on ultra I did not run into many issues.

I believe the game will benefit in the future from more patches and could do with some work on the Quest UI navagation system as its to hard to see interaction points at times. The climbing mechanics could do with a brush up to as i found it was not the most fluent.

Overall 9/10 great game and I hope techland are hard to work on a sequel and some future updates.

Brilliant follow on story to the events of Resident Evil 2 and I cannot wait for Resident Evil 9 next month to continue the story of Racoon city.

As a kid I never played the orginial Resident Evil games but I used to watch my friends dad play Resident Evil 3 Nemesis alot and really enjoyed the survival horror aspect of it.

Brilliant remaster of where it all began with the Resident Evil series. The game is perfect for creating imersion and tension whilst delivering an unforgetable story line.

Onto Resident Evil 2 I go until next month when Resident Evil Requiem comes out.

What a brilliant return to the series and as usual silent hill delivers a psychological mind ♥♥♥♥.

Graphics are stunning and it’s good to seeing a setting in Japan rather than USA for once.

My only negative I can say about this game is that the combat can get repetitive and I feel like they could have expanded on it and added better takedowns and parry.

Brilliant game. Biased opinion as I am a massive fan of the Tomb raider games so uncharted was Tomb raider to me with a male protagonist.

Enough drama and action sequences to make a Michael bay movie. Had to move the game halfway through to my HDD as the naughty dog engine does not like to be in the same directory as your OS.

Gameplay 10/10
Story 8/10
Level design 10/10
Being able to play crash bandicoot 10/10

9/10 overall brilliant game.

Hope they remaster the original trilogy and bring it onto steam.
