As great as it was remembered and even better because it's now available on PC.

To those reading this, know that Stellaris is a fine and beautiful game, made even more with the vibrant modding community surrounding it.

However, the recent changes that are coming for the game are going to remove a central feature of the game, the variety of FTL systems in favor of hyperlanes. I bought Stellaris with the express idea that the possibility of space was vast and wide, that aliens would be different and not always using the same systems as the player, forcing one to be on the ball on how to tangle each and every alien nation should they be an enemy.

Instead of that, we are moving into galatic terrain and chokepoints in Space.

Space, the final frontier that has no boundaries.

With chokepoints.

I've enjoyed my time with Stellaris but I won't support the coming changes nor will I pay another dime till its rectified.

An amazing game that everyone who loves strategy and history should get.
