Voyager is the best! This game is difficult but gives plenty of options to change the original story.

Early Access Review
Very good simulator for the genre, I was disappointed about some locos being locked behind career stuff in sandbox, but I soon found mods to fix. I'm personally not interested in making deliveries or restoring the locos. I got this game to drive the big steam train and crash. 10/10 for both.
