"Does anyone see City-Swimmer? Is he gliding beneath the silver water? Is he creeping 'round a corner, hugging a wall, silent as a shadow in the dark? No! I am here! I stand proud before you, City-Swimmer, trainer of the prospective Sneaker, the sly sliding unseen!"

With plastic being banned, Starbucks is running out of things to put drinks in. A year from now they're gonna scream my name and I'll have to drink my caramel iced latte straight from the barista's cupped hands while another employee strokes my head like a scared horse

Oregon Zoo otter, known for slam dunking and self-pleasuring, dies at age 20.

“At nearly 21,” a press release from the Oregon Zoo read, “Eddie was considered one of the oldest -- and most talented -- sea otters on the planet.”

“Male sea otters seldom live past 15 years, so Eddie was among the very oldest of his kind,” said Amy Cutting, who oversees the zoo’s marine life area, in the release.

In 2012, Eddie’s keepers taught the aging otter to dunk a toy basketball, as therapy for his arthritic elbow joints. His skills at the hoop made him an internet sensation.

But, as visitors to the zoo might remember, Eddie had other interesting skills. He could sometimes be observed creatively pleasuring himself, proving the animal kingdom is full of unique learning experiences.

Russia’s space agency on Monday confirmed that five geckos, launched into space for an experiment on weightlessness and sexual behavior, have died.

The federal space agency released a statement saying the landing apparatus of the Photon-M satellite had returned to earth as planned, falling into Russia’s Orenburg region at 1.18pm Moscow time, and that the entire herpetological crew had perished at some point during their odyssey. With four female lizards and one male on board, Russian scientists had hoped to learn how zero gravity would affect the sexual habits of geckos.

So I purchased this as a gift for a someone, and I have to admit - I broke. I cracked. I failed.

It looked so awesome, that I wound up unboxing it and flying it myself. Needless to say, I'm keeping it!

The IDEA8 is a super simple drone. You unfold it, turn it on, connect to it over WiFi (like you would a WiFi or router), and boot up the software on your phone. From there, it's super simple - you tell the thing to pop up off the ground, it hovers, and you control it via your phone. Super, super, super cool. Furthermore, if you're outdoors, you can control the speed at which the rotors turn. In other words, you can have a very relaxed and slower (it's still fast) moving quadcopter, OR you can jack it to 100% of the speed and it freaking HAULS. It's super, super fast.

The majority of owners who tried the BAAPET Strong Dog Leash were very pleased with it. Several owners have even purchased more than one of the leashes so that they have a spare. A few owners of big dogs reported that the rope withstood their pup’s chewing, and most owners who tried this leash found it to be comfortable to use.

Let me start off by saying that the phone is beautiful. It's a really nice looking phone, vibrant display, etc. but the problem I'm having is that it literally do not work on ANY network. I purchased this phone because I'm trying to switch carriers and my current carrier (Straight Talk) is unable to unlock the phone I'm currently using. I put my Straight Talk sim card in and it the phone didn't recognize it. Then I went to activate it for my new carrier (Ting) only to learn that the phone is not compatible on the Ting network. The customer service guy told me it's because the phone was built for a Verizon network so I went check the compatibility on the Verizon network and it's not compatible there. Just to be safe I went to the Straight Talk website and put in the IMEI number to check compatibility again and it's definitely not compatible.
