The online playerbase is still toxic as hell. Invite only session ftw.

I wish there was a mixed review button. This game is great. Back on track where it should've been after BFV. But this game CLEARLY caters to COD fanboys. The movement system is a very good example of this. Nothing screams "battlefield" than some 12 year old boy sliding and jumping around corners with a shotgun. We really had it good during BF1 and BFV. The maps are also mid AF, not to mention small and I really, really mean this. Eastwood, however, was a huge leap into the right direction.

Breakthrough is also currently extremely unbalanced but I hear that's being reworked so Ig we'll see how that ends up and conquest is just straight boring in this BF title (which is crazy given that's basically BF's whole thing). The sound design, gunplay, and all that Battlefield charm is still here and probably better than it has been before apart from the excessive amount of bloom from assault rifles. It just really sucks they catered SO MUCH to the COD playerbase. Oh well, at least we still have BF1 and BFV.

It's also kind of annoying that some of the "cooler" grounded character skins are locked behind a pay wall but it is understandable as it will help increase the game's lifespan and "live service". I hope DICE/EA enjoys the extra $50 (It's most likely closer to $70) I sent their way for some of those said skins.

This is more than I was expecting for the third installment. If you even remotely enjoyed the first two, give this one a go!

I haven't had this much fun with a DLC in a long time. I'm fairly certain that this DLC was designed to be played with a new game. I have a hunch that's where all the negative reviews are coming from.

It's pretty fun. But It'd be nice to hear music that's in English. Or you know, English VA's....
Not to mention the signage is all in Russian too. WHERE'S THE ENGLISH!?
