This game is M+ without the grind and pressure to complete dailies/weeklies to keep up with others. It looks easy but after you get out of contender is where the game really shines, bosses learn new abilities and there are different negatives and positives given to you during the runs.
**Don't let the server issues steer you away it's a fresh launch with very few people working on it compared to Blizzard. Just be patient, the game is worth it 100%.**
