This feels like a game that just threw things together to check off boxes, which makes it feel as though it lacks cohesion.

The maps are way too big which takes the focus of the level's goal and makes it tedious. The maps are also uninspired and bland which had me wanting to leave as soon as possible.

The boss battles are poorly done.

I've had my expectations for the game set to
the bare minimum of a buddy-duo game with
no hype as someone who has played Banjo.

The issue is Yooka-Laylee does a poor job in
every aspect, even in keeping my attention.

A positive is the music and another is that 'some' areas look nice, but that's it.

This is very buggy. The developer, Roope, decided to put his time into LakeView Cabin 2 instead. I loved LVCC(43hrs), and this doesn't give me hope for the direction in quality for the future of these games.

My negative review is based only on the fact that this game isn't as polished and feels rushed out.

Pros:

Anything I didn't mention as a con.

Cons:

- Arbitrary Online Only Elements.

You need to be online to unlock weapons, tools,
starting locations, outfits, mission rating, etc.

- Missing Features Compared to Prior Hitman Games.

Compared to previous Hitman games, this is missing
features such as the safe house.

- Timed Content

There are Elusive targets which are removed from the
game after a certain time. This is a wasteful gimmick.

And because of these cons, even though I enjoy the game;
I cannot recommend it, as it isn't an ideal Hitman experience.

Hello Charlotte remains as one of the most
entertaining hidden gems I've came across.

The only complaint I have is the lack of choices
the player has. I'd still recommend it.

Cons:

*A lot of loading screens.

You will spend a lot of time waiting through
loading screens.

*Short missions.

When you go into your first
missions you will only get one
monster to kill.

* Forced time limit.

There's a time limit which ejects you
out of the area even if you're fighting
a monster still.

*Doesn't differ much from the first.

The character creation screen and loading
screen. The graphics, gameplay and tutorial.
Maybe more.

* Lack of direction for new players.

The game fails to tell you how to do things
that you should know how to do.

"This is a great game with terrible bugs that
will destroy your enjoyment."

(Bug):
Being unable to continue to build when starting from
a save game as the build bar doesn't show.

If this game didn't have this problem; I would
recommend it, but as it stands I can't.

I would love to recommened this game,
but I can't as there is a bug preventing
progress from being made.

The thing is, to get rid of the bug the game
save needs to be deleted and everything
re-done.

I am not a fan of replaying games.

Child of Light has always online
DRM. This only punishes legitimate
key owners.

It has no effect on stopping illegitimate
copies of the game as pirates do not allow
the game to authorize and make it run
regardless of connectivity.

If your internet goes down, or you plan
on taking a trip; don't buy this game.

Early Access Review
The game locks up at the starting screen
after a couple of seconds.

After four computer restarts, and multiple
option menu settings changes; I gave up
and un-installed.

----
Edit: This is not a black screen issue.
