Concepting management is yet another multitool; A developer with know-how in every aspect in and out of development, providing paper concepts of layouts and interfaces whilst also writing information at any level of detail. **Whether it be lore, layouts, or a layman's gantry lift, this is the better way of calling someone a tool.**
