Holy crap there is depth to this game! It scratches the itch better than Into the Breach did, I love the humor and the characters. This is a fun game I can see myself sinking quite a bit of time to. There is a lot here and I've barely scratched the surface on it but I am going to be playing much much much more. Bravo to the developers this was well worth the day 1 pick up. Try it out, and go in blind!

This game has the bones of something wonderful. Something challenging and fun, with a great art style that I want to play. That's why I will give this a positive.... With that said however, this game came out less than a month ago and has some of the most toxic people I've met... the game intro goes a bit like this:

> Pick up Fellowship
> Running through Tutorial, read everything what's going on
> Get excited!
> Choose a nice class that appeals to me
> Let's go - Clicking the Quickplay Icon that the game wants you to click!
> People lose their minds because you either pulled too little or too many
> People tell you never to queue Quickplay again
> Everyone leaves
> You're left alone in a dungeon trying to figure out what the hell just happened..

This game is suppose to be like WoW Mythic Dungeons, but I was hoping to avoid the complete cancer that is PUGs in WoW M+... There are no consequences for leaving a group early, and abandoning others, so people just get in and immediately leave. It sucks and it's not welcoming to a new player in the slightest

Like I said, the bones are there! The community will make or break this game, and currently it's set to break it. Damn shame.

This game raises my blood pressure. I find myself in these immensely tense situations encountering players and robots alike... will I make it out? No, probably not... So I get my ass handed to me, I lose all my stuff, and for some reason I queue right back up to jump back in... I can't explain it. This game has it's hooks in me, like an abusive relationship that I think I can fix. I can't fix it, but sometime the experiences are amazing! Most time, they're not.

This is a lovely little game that I plan sinking hours and hours and hours into. The systems feel great, fair and challenging, with a cozy Tavern theme and fun stories and characters. The narrator absolutely nails it, and makes the whole world feel like a place I want to be. I would highly recommend this game if you're looking for the Taverncore Cozy vibe.

This game rules, buy it, support the amazing developers and the community they enable to build great puzzles. I loved the first one, I love this one just as much. Such a great product and foundation for others to contribute to.

So, I think I like the game? I think it's good for fun with friends and to hunt down some survivors.... With that said, this game absolutely SUCKS as a new player. The community is pretty toxic to start, but that can be ignored. What really holds me back as a new player is this damn Perk / Bloodweb system.

I get this crippling indecision when it comes to what killer/survivor I start with or choose and where I should spend my blood tokens. In the early levels, Killers/Survivors with out a decent build kind of suck.... so you're never quite sure if that's how they play, or if you just haven't put ENOUGH blood tokens in. Now the game gives them to you frequently, and I feel like it's something I can get over, but the new player systems in this game are atrocious.

Outside of the that, the griefing from players is WILD. These people are rude, they hate when you play the killer well, and they hate when you aren't the best either. They will make your games miserable and the match making will make damn sure to put you in groups with folks who are way above your capabilities.

With all that negative said, the gameplay loop is fun, the Killers are really fun and unique, when you're not in a totally mean game... It's a much better experience with friends.

Bonk bonk bonk, then bonk some more. I turn my brain off, still bonk. I poop on toilet, if you can believe it, still bonk. The bonk follows, the bonk is all, praise be the bonk!

A return to form, and beautiful reminder of why I loved Battlefield so much. I am a huge fan of 3 and 4, and this game scratched the itch of all those games chaos and fun. The gun play is tight, the weapons feel great. The leveling could be a little faster, but it's manageable, overall it's a fantastic time. I don't buy games on day 1 often ever, and this game changed that.

Sheesh, what a fantastic game; truly. This game feels like every gear and lever that could be turned and tweaked to tune this into a perfect game, was. It's an improvement on the first game, but not an immense change. It's more of the same, with out feeling stale or too similar. The combat is calculated, I suck at it, but it makes me feel good from time to time, while quickly grounding me with tricky engagements. It's visually beautiful, the voice acting is phenomenal and the soundtrack hits. Definitely pick this game up if you're interested in the genre.

I am revising my at first negative review, now that the performance if fixed for the most part. It's an incredibly enjoyable game. I am glad I was able to get it running and stuck with it, because this is just the "Turn your Brain off" shooter I needed. The story is fun, the world is cool to explore, it's a little emptier than I would have liked, but it's not completely devoid of things. I love the new classes and the gunplay feels great as always. So if you can get it running, I would suggest this game, even better with friends.
