Actually garbage. Never have I ever seen a 'dlc' paired with an update that both breaks the base game as well as the dlc. Blatantly missing parts, broken events, placeholders still in for a religion from back when the dev diary was released as if the dev diary was the final product. I don't even know what happened here but paradox keeps doing this type of thing and at some point need to learn from their mistakes.
