Como este perfil no tiene nada interesante, pues te dejo la receta de un bizcocho que siempre apetece.

INGREDIENTES:
3 Unidades de Huevos
1,5 Tazas de Azúcar
½ Taza de Aceite
1 Taza de Leche o agua
3 Tazas de Harina

PREPARACIÓN:
1º Cogemos un bol y batimos los huevos. Añadimos poco a poco el azúcar y seguimos batiendo.

2º Seguimos con la masa del bizcocho fácil añadiendo ahora el aceite y la leche, siempre sin dejar de batir.

3º Por último, incorporamos de una a una las tazas de harina y seguimos mezclando hasta integrar por completo todos los ingredientes haciendo movimientos envolventes para evitar que la masa del bizcocho reduzca su volumen.

4º Una vez que tenemos la masa lista, cogemos un molde, lo engrasamos con un poco de mantequilla. Precalentamos el horno a 180-200ºC.

5º Vertemos la masa en el molde y lo horneamos durante 30-45 minutos. Lo retiramos del horno y lo dejamos enfriar.

6º Ya podremos disfrutar de este delicioso bizcocho!! BIEEEN!
