If anyone freezes for about 30 seconds and then gets this connection error please change the following settings in game.

Texture Filtering- (GTX 1070 or higher, for AMD Users 570 or higher) Linear
(GTX 1050ti to 1060, AMD Users 470-560) 2x or 4x whichever prevents error.
Certain older cards from both companies can handle Linear which is the highest. I know a 980ti can handle it and an AMD 290 can handle this setting.

I found that my refresh rate should usually not be under 60. So I set mine to my max which is 60. (59.94 crashes my games)
