I've been waiting, Snake...
for a long time...

The Good
Snake eater is back, and looking better than ever!
But not only that, the game is a faithful 1:1 remake of the Subsitence Version of the Game.

You can decide wether you want to play Legacy Style with fixed isometric camera angles or the New Style with a fully controllable 3rd Person Camera like in the subsistence version of the 2004 PS2 Classic.

Additionally you can enable a vareity of filters and the legacy filter aims to bring back that greenish yellow tint from the original, but gets a bit lost in translation to the modern assets and lighting.
Nonetheless its a nice additon!

The Voices are the same as the original, some scenes have been getting aditional "grunts" from David Hayter and the theme song has been rerecorded by the original singer Cynthia Harrell which threw me off at first, because it sounded so similar, but different at the same time.

Also Metal Gear Online is scheduled to return this Fall which sounds amazing

The Bad
Performance
The Game looks amazing and needs beefy hardware to run accordingly.
But even that will not fix things like stutters and minor graphical artifacts.
The Game has a forced 60FPS Cap in place which isn't a dealbreaker for this title (in my opinion) but could have been avoided or atleast made optional with a warning that there might be some inconsistencies in gameplay or cutscenes.

The End...
To sum it up, the game is an amazing and faithful remake of the original and has some performance problems that hopefully get adressed in the future.

Even with it flaws i can only recommend MGS Delta Snake Eater to fans and new players since it's the starting point in the Series!

The first Campaign is a retelling of Narutos Story. In true CyberConnect2 Fashion that means a bunch of screenshots from the Anime.
Even Worse is that Events that were playable in older Storm Titles have been degraded to Slideshows instead of fights.
The Second Campaign is a joke and feels like someone made a Boruto Filler and cranked it to 11.

Online is dead on Steam and you play against the same people over and over.
The Netcode is the same crap we get every Storm game, way too laggy and delay prone.

Steam doesn't even list the active player count in the Community Hub, which probably means that there are less than 500 players active worldwide.
The last Nail in the Coffin is the lack of Crossplay.

This game is a masterpiece, the port may have some flaws, but when it runs, it gives you the best version of this legendary game. I was lucky and didn't encounter a single crash or glitch. The only thing i noticed is the Framerate dipping when running towards new level sections.

Fromsoftware did it again, they've created another Masterpiece!

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is an amazing game and keeps you hooked into its tight Gameplayloop until you see the Credits rolling.
There are many similarities to Fromsofts Soulsborne Genre, you have the steep but not impossible to master learning curve, intense fights and epic setpieces.

Amazing
The Story, Lore and Worldbuilding in this game are also very strong, just not on par with other Fromsoft Games, which doesnt make it bad.

The Combat is very focused on learning the enemies attack patterns and deflecting them. Dodging is nerfed compared to Soulsborne Games and might get you killed more often than in aforementioned Games.
It takes a bit to get used to, but when it clicks you'll love it!
Some of the enemies attacks are not blockable or (yet) counterable, progress through the game and skillsystem to leverage the strong attacks of your enemies to your benefit.
Stealth also has been integrated into the Gameplayloop and can make a huge differents in many situations.

Minor Gripes
Variety is turned down.
You don't have a character creator, weaponchoice and the Skilltree has been split into multiple parts which are still nice, but not as in-depth as the soulsborne arsenal.

The PC-Port is as bad.
There is a 60 FPS lock in place and no proper widescreen support.
Luckily there are solutions provided by the community, but those problems should have been addressed by Fromsoftware themselves.

Overall Sekiro is an amazing Game and worth every shot.

Even if you don't like Hack and Slashs, you need to buy Devil May Cry 5 because it will make you crave more.
Must buy, there is nothing more to say. Also buy the Vergil DLC.

What's not to like about waking up to see naked people fight over their stones?

Arma 3 is one if not THE Biggest Tactical Simulator out there, it delivers much content but lacks in many other aspects.

TLDR: Good Simulator with performance problems and "Pay2Win" DLCs

Obvious subjects on Arma 3:

Pro:
-Huge Maps that allow a large scale "Battlefield"
-Every Weapon feels different and can get tweaked with Attachments
-Many Vehicles, you can drive simple civilian Cars or command a Military Airplane
-Roleplay is a big aspect of Arma (Altis life lets you decide on how to earn Money as a Civilian)

Con:
-Performance is not very stable and can be dependant on many things (Modern Intel CPU "required" to play Online, SSD helps reduce fps drops)
-The Community decides, If you like a Mode but it dies out, you will not be able to do much about it

It seems as if the Positive aspects might outweight the Negatives, but there is one more negative aspect that needs to be examined in depth: DLC!
-You won't be able to play on DLC Maps (reasonable)
-You won't be able to pick up, equip or command DLC Weapons or Vehicles

Those two aspects are a big disturbance when you play Online. On a larger focus you could actually say that this is a form of Pay2Win model because some of the DLCs that give you access to Weapons are variants that existed but buffed or adjusted.
This just shows for what Bohemia Interactive cares, they are in for the Money and not for the player satisfaction.

Overall i would recommend Arma 3 to everyone because of the possibilites it offers,
but those possibilities are restricted by the aforementioned DLCs and clear focus of Bohemia Interactive.

If the developers decide to make DLC weapons available to everyone in online play, I would be more than willing to give this game a thumbs up, but until then this Review will be Negative out of protest against such methods.
