Try it, it is free.
It is not that easy to learn and even harder to master.
Try it a little bit longer and give it a fair chance.
And then, at best, love it :-) (If not: just uninstall, it did not cost you a penny, so no need for grieving)

Edit 25/11/2016:
New mechs, new play modes. Despite everything, the game is growing and evolving.
My verdict still is: Try it, it is free but be frustration-resistant at the beginning. It is different ...

Slight imbalance due to big groups switching affiliations regularly. 4/5

Edit 2019-11-29:
Despite the soon-to-be-released MechWarrior 5, this Mech game remains worthwhile playing due to its PvP aspect. MW5 is only PvE (both, in SP and Coop)
