Story is amazing. Love Stanley. Story progress and exploration were blended very well. I wish there was more buildings and areas to discover but every time I thought I reached the end, a whole new area was unlocked. Navigating the journal menu was very unintuitive in many aspects though (Mainly how you have to be pixel perfect when clicking on the scroll tab), but the logs and conversations are great at the world building and adds a sense of community even though no one is around. As for gameplay, I had a massive drop in FPS about mid way through the game to where it'd take a minute just to pause the game. The top down perspective was ok for most gameplay, but there are a few scenes where Maeve would comment on some structure in the distance that can't be seen by zooming in or panning. All in all, I'd give this game a solid 8/10. It would be 9/10 if the devs added more customization/decorations/collectibles.

I was like many and really looking forward to this game. The story mode was amazing and I would've highly recommended it for the story mode alone. That said, they definitely spread their resources too thin for the game. The story was amazing again but really short. The Pve is a complete buggy mess in regards to enemies behavior, various random loading screens, and good luck with matchmaking. They've acknowledged the multiple match making issues, but most of those issues are basic things in game design like being able to match make after leaving a lobby or role based ques. I haven't played the pvp so I can't comment too much on that regard, but I haven't heard too many good things. All of this is why I can say with full confidence to not buy this game yet. It's a wonderful game and their road map looks very exciting, but it is another buggy unfinished game on release.

Game is still buggy and laggy. The gameplay loop is fun but thats only if you can deal with the game stuttering every 30 seconds adn the occiasional hard restart cuz it freezes.

Spent 120 hours to finish act 1, amazing game for $60.

Make sure you absolutely never alt + tab. It will cause crash.
