Ahh... I remember the days... Nights... Playing TXR3 alone on my PS2 as a kid... Yearning for the forbidden GTR34... Only to realize they were near impossible to get at the time due to import restrictions... Those were the days... Now, I get to relive them once again and it's so worth it. The new remixed bgms of previous games in this series are a welcomed addition that not only serves as a nostalgic throwback but also reminder that it is a new time period while being in the same setting as TXR3.

Had to get used to the new PlayStation controller setup but that quickly resolved itself.

The game is ultimately quite polished (albeit, the bar isn't as high as they used to be) and yes, there are much to still improve such as quality of life, performance, gameplay, stability, and others. However, I didn't spend nearly a quarter of the time complaining... In-fact, hardly ever... The minor gripes and bugs encountered were miniscule compared to the fun I've had while playing... Sometimes, I simply overlooked bugs because the gameplay was enjoyable...

I can't wait to see other brands like Honda (VTEC KICKED IN, YO), foreign car brands, and hopefully the return of Nagoya and Osaka regions. The game has lots of potential and thankfully, updating the game now is easier compared to back then. Personally, I'd like to see the DeTomaso Pantera, Dodge Viper GTS, and other foreign cars from the TXR3 games.

More customization options for head/taillights, side mirrors, but those are secondary.

Get this game. It's a throwback to "when things were good"

Honestly, I bought this in support of the devs for pushing out Nightfall. I would've shilled harder if these skins adapted to the environment of the official maps. Hillside would have winter camo/colors, tideway with burnt bronze/desert camos, refinery would have a gray/urban camo pattern, etc etc. Come on...

Just did one playthrough and got the good ending and I must say, the game definitely looks fantastic. With the bugs and CTDs (crash-to-desktop) being one of the rare reasons to put a bookmark in this interactive story and go to eat, sleep, and etc., I feel like this game definitely deserves a play some time in the future because it's beautiful. The characters are fleshed-out, you feel like a team even though you do most of the work but they all had your back at some point in the story. The environment, the suspense, the music... damn, it really makes me want another installment and I'm hoping the story doesn't end here.

Quicksilver... For the love of those who throw money at you... don't continue to let us down...

Booted up the game,
Danced to hardbass for 8 minutes
Fought at local bar against bears
Squatted down and had a couple of beers near Club Cheeki Breeki before getting caught as an American Spy.

I rate this around 4 solid shashliks out of 5 because the hardbass stops at around 6:14, bar-fight is a bit glitchy and brawlers can get flung to the top of the bar and still hit you from the ceiling, and there isn't enough hardbass.

Pretty solid, felt pretty cheeki breeki.

Fun game, cool storyline, and definitely worth... wtf... just go... go buy this game and play it if you haven't already... stop wasting your time reading this... Go... GO!!!! GOOOOOO PLAY BORDERLANDS 2!!!!!!!!
