I think your idea is possible. My mod adds the bonus initiative at the start of combat. To make your idea work, you would just need to add a trigger at the start of every units turn that removes their bonus initiative and reruns my code for just them. That said, I am not really interested in adding anything to my mod right now. If you don't have any modding experience, then it will be difficult to modify my code. If you are up for then by all means use my code as a base.
