Hey there. Sounds like your ARMA is messed up pretty bad. try to move all the Mod Folders such as @ACE and stuff into your main directory. if you cant get it to work try to reinstall ACE/ACRE with this guide : http://www.the-wrecking-crew.co.uk/page/installation
