3 had the best combat but that's all it amounted too. lacklustre and baren of any other form of replay-ability.
4 has the same combat style but less unique VH's to play as. But this isn't really all that bad as the combat is really fluid and can feel like a true movement shooter at times.
The grappling hook plays a large part in the dynamic feel of combat. pushing and pulling all sorts is super fun. Whether it be you, a ledge, enemy suicide vests, Co2 canisters or a propane tanks, it has yet to get old.

I actually laughed at dialog in a borderlands game for once. And it was more than once. Insane.

Yes. The game suffers from terrible optimisation and bugs. Some of the problems I've had were infuriating.
such as;
* enemies that go underground not dying from DOT.
* shoulder turrets staying around after the Mob had died.
* AOE attacks still doing damage long after the attack ended.
* Vex Kill-Skill stack not increasing after taking the Action skill.
* Bounty Kill Targets not spawning regardless or reload.
* Bounty Fetch Quests not giving the prompt to Pick up or grapple the items.
* Menu selections not showing they have been selected or equipped.
* All cutscenes are 30fps and choppy asf.

but I think it's a genuine good turn for the franchise.
It's everything 3 should have been.
A super fun 6/10. (9/10 if it was fixed.)

Really solid game for what it is. -A DLC-

Solid story with in a meddling ending.
6/10 = pretty game, ok mystery, bad delivery, great dialog.

Not too fond of French People.
