This game is more of a support tool, and I recommend it to people all the time. :)

Drizzlepath: Deja Vu is a very pretty walking simulator, made by Tonguç Bodur. If you are familiar with his other games, you will find it to be familiar, but it does have some twists. For newcomers to the series or walking simulators in general, the plastyle is exactly what it sounds like, you just walk, but the point is what you see and experience while you walk. You can expect to be taken through a dream-like sequence of connected but changing scenes, with narrative guiding the trip.

The game is linear, but there is a lot of exploration to be done, and if you are playing a game that is all about showing you (very beautiful) things, you'll probably want to explore, and look at stuff. I did get slightly lost a couple times trying to figure out where to go next, but I found my way after looking around a bit more.

The story is fairly vague and open to interpretation, but includes some interesting philosophical bits at times. I found it interesting, but it didn't have anything too out there.

The graphics are really, really pretty. I really like the look of this game, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Full mood shifts are achieved between areas with atmospheric changes, regularly. I ran this on an i5 3570K 3.4GHz, 16GB DDR3, and a GTX1080 8GB. This game runs at 120Hz at 1080p on my 4K TV. I did not see anything that looked like it dropped below 120FPS the entire playthrough.

The music and sound are good, though I didn't experience them fully as I'm playing on a TV in the living room while my wife watches things on the other TV in the living room, while intermittently identifying the plants in this game. She determined that the tall purple flowers are not lupines, they are monk's hoods, because the leaves are different. I guess that should go back up in graphics, but oh well. The narration is good, clear, and well-acted.

I played on an Xbox One controller, and controls worked fine, if basic. The settings menu cannot be controlled by the controller, which is common with other games using this engine, but you can switch between new game, continue, and quit, and activate them. The B button lets you run, but it is a toggle on/off, not a hold-to-run. The Y button turns auto-walk on and off, which confused me initially on starting the game. You cannot jump, and you do not control your height in the water at the beginning. You don't need to, but it's good to know.

Overall, I think this game is beautiful, it's short, but it's priced appropriately. I highly recommend it if you like pretty walking simulators.

Apparently this is the first game I ever added to my Steam library. Huh.

This game is everything you hated about that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ dam level in TMNT1. Oh, I was supposed to say something about it redeeming itself. Nope. It's just that. I guess you get upgrades, but how does that change anytehing if you still die in the seaweed every time? Well, anyways. I can beat the dam level in TMNT every time, with only sacrificing Raph (cause his weapons suck) but this I don't even care that much about. I'll beat it here in a few minutes when I'm ready and I'll update this if anything cool happens.

It is hard to express just how bad this game is, but a bunch of other reviewers did it pretty well.

Truly awesome party game. We even got my wife's mom to play. Drawful is the best one. Word Spud is really dumb. The rest of them are pretty good.

This is a pretty fun game. It's like a roguelike but FPS, and reminds me a lot of Doom. Maybe Hexen or Heretic. I dunno, It's worth a few bucks, I got it on the summer sale and I don't remember what I paid, but it's worth about 5 bucks no problem.

One of the weirdest games I've ever played. Fascinating though, I highly recommend it. It's worth 3 bucks. You might gain some weird insight into something or other, but I'm not quite sure what just happened.
