Early Access Review
They added enough to this game to feel like it's worth the price tag.
Co-op is a ton of fun and scales with your friends!
I am hopeful for mods. I loved the QoL and customization that they allowed through the Steam Workshop.

If you have more than 50 hours in Slay the Spire 1, you should definitely get this one.

I strictly play PvE. The game is still difficult and has a steep learning curve. Quests are still hard but much more reasonable compared to PvP. Load times improve drastically with every patch. However, patches are not often enough.

I really love this game, but it's hard to recommend to people due how HORRIBLY overpriced this game is. I paid over $70 just to play PvE Tarkov. Gotta say though, there's nothing like it.

This is not an idle game at all. Your mouse and attention are needed at all times in order to make money.

In what world is this an idle game??

This may not be the best Assassin's Creed game, but it's definitely better than average.
Combat is fun, stealth is customizable to make it easier to stay hidden, music is pretty solid for an AC game. You feel immersed as an assassin; stealth movement is very fluid.

I highly recommend it if you're looking for something similar to the Ezio Assassin's Creed games.
Just makes sure you skip the cutscenes as fast as humanly possible to avoid falling asleep!

So far I have to say the game is fantastic. The gameplay without mods offers a lot, however, mods are the name of the game.
Quality of Life mods to increase the amount of items that stack, auto swapping ammo when empty, bringing outside NPC shops in the base. Everything you can cry about, someone has made a mod for it.
The only gripe I have with the game is the ungodly amount of fetch quests. I have a mod to display the locations of where quests are, however, the fetch quests don't properly display; this is fluffing my hours with what feels like Pizza Delivery Simulator gameplay.

I have never watched any of the films, I played this game purely for the Nemesis System and it's even better in this game than the first one! The story is good enough, however, the gameplay is unrivaled.

Ultimately, it feels like a high end Assassin's Creed game with otherworldly powers.

8 years later and it's still better than most games

I made a really good build that hit a $75 million jackpot early on and I was going to steamroll the game.I rolled a 666 the following round and died.

This game felt random at the start, through failure you understand how their income systems work and it feels fantastic.

Devs are responsive to adding QoL features which is a huge plus imo.

I went into Bayonetta pretty much blind. I was not expecting Devil May Cry with better animations, combos and overall gameplay. Genuinely one of the best skill dependent games I've played in a long time.

The shop offers skills but you don't need any of them to improve your gameplay imo. The best thing are healing items and invincibility candy for those hard boss fights.

The combat cut-scenes and finisher moves causing you to button mash like crazy are so much fun! The missile part of the game made me laugh from how stupid it was.

I had seen a Speedrun of this game one time on GDQ and I thought it looked pretty cool. Turns out, this is one of the best Souls-Like games I've ever played. I always wondered how they could make Souls into a shooter and man, this random looking frog game is better than I expected.

I'm pretty sure the sound effects are mostly the creator making explosion sounds with his mouth and that's hilarious.

I keep expecting the game to run out of ideas, but every area was a breath of fresh air.
In IGN fashion, it really makes you feeeeel like a Frogmonster.
Unique music for each boss (THERE ARE SO MANY BOSSES AND THEY'RE ALL UNIQUE TOO)

This game is pretty much a Metroidvania version of Doom but a frog with guns.
If you consider yourself good at FPS games, this is your test.

The game has aged like wine. Only issue is the crashing several times a mission. It's really really bad. There is a mission to do 20 waves of a survival mode, you literally can't do it because you will crash during the mission (at least it's optional I guess).
Probably the best stealth game I've ever played and it's co-op so you and your friend can complain about crashing together!
