Dishonored is an artfully crafted masterpiece, with the victorian city of Dunwall. Sharing artwork styles with Half-Life 2, also an excellent game, Dishonored manages to bring the city of Dunwll to life. You play as Corvo, the royal protector, and are able to make some tough decisions for yourself, similar to the Mass Effect Franchise.
