EDIT 8/31/25: The Devs actually started listening for the most part, in a glorious turn around it seems the ship is back on course. I will leave the original statement below though, as it is a part of the EA's history.

The Devs have ruined the game and all pretense of fun in patch .2 to bring the game inline with their “vision.” After complaints they released a statement on 4/7/25 that was comically like Blizzards infamous “you think you know what you want, but you don’t” interview. After spending $500 on the supporter pack from enjoying .1 so much I feel like I’ve been rug pulled. Shame on you GGG, swallow your pride and actually listen to what is so unfun.

Super fun and created by amazing people.

The multiplayer maps are some of the most well thought out ones they've ever released. So many lanes, vertical levels, and ability to shoot through very small peepholes keeps the matches fresh and fast paced. Large kill streaks are hard for anyone to accomplish due to this and that's very refreshing.

As of 10/27 the devs do need to work on spawn locations. The map flips so fast that there's a good chance you can spawn next to the guy who killed you if the map is one of the super small ones. That admittedly does feel bad.

A beautiful game, and a lovely world to explore that is incredibly well thought out. I do have one "but" though. There are things that attempt to stop you, and at first they are spooky. Sadly I quickly found myself annoyed with those sections. I wanted to explore and see everything the Devs had created, but mindless mouth breather #5 felt the need to attempt to kill me instead. Towards the very end the enemies just felt like they existed to remind you this was a "game" whilst impeding your ability to consume the wonderful story faster. That aside though I truly do love this game, and I regret that it took me so long to play it. Give it a shot, you'll be glad you did.

Settings tips: This game doesn't like HDR for some reason. It will work through the Windows auto HDR, but every time the game is restarted you have to switch it from fullscreen to borderless or windowed, then back to fullscreen. Also, I highly recommend going into options and turning off "Color Separation." It makes the graphics look like they're trying to be 3D at times and gave my wife and I a headache. I found this tip in a steam post from when the game first launched.

They made a huge gaff with the epic decision initially, but they're at least backtracking on the decision. The game is as fun as all the other EDF titles, and the small visual bump is nice as well.

Fantastic game. I've skipped meals on accident while doing runs.

Death simulator 2022

AGS seems to just ignore the fan base completely. This most recent page made end game gear grinding so difficult for anyone who wasn't already geared that there is very little chance of actually catching up to the others now. AGS also nerfed crafting in the latest patch so now those who hadn't leveled their crafts now face much harder climbs than those who mastered crafts at the beginning. To make matters worse there's always game breaking bugs. Dupes galore with the items being largely left in the game, and ways to exploit wars so territory control is tenuous at best. I highly recommend staying away until they either fix this, or it dies due to their incompetence.

Offered to sell an enemy team girl scout cookies. They killed my teammate while screaming "No, I'm on a diet!"

10 out of 10. Will hunt again.

Very relaxing (most of the time). It is not an action game by any stretch, but the story is good and the graphics are amazing. It gets billed as a "walking/delivery simulator" and while technically true it has other elements that make it stand out. Kojima has knocked it out of the park.
