@Ocean Echo Yes I've read that on the forums. It doesn't surprise me at all coming from EW. I got no love for any devs/publishers. It's a business; they develop games, and get money for it. They're no heroes and don't deserve any praise if you ask me.

But even though I got no love for most corporations, EW/Avalanche Studios are a special kind of disgusting and stupid compared to other corps. But it's getting worst and worst by the day everywhere the more those corps either merge, or get on the same page with their predatory business models and tactics.

And I spent months running after them and trying to contact them through any contact so that my work would be taken. At least without payment, but simply accepted into the game. NOBODY took anything. i realized the DLC contains 8bytes of information. its basically a few words on a .txt file that allows the player to use the mail to retrieve it. if someone has the dlc and copy the .txt from other player, technically it will work. WHICH is a shame for us and for them.
forcing people to download items that can't be used (even if its a few MB) should be forbidden on steam...
