Organ Trail is much harder and significantly deeper than actual Oregon Trail. You basically have to have a strategy on what supplies you are going to have a lot of and which you are planning to barter for, or you will suffer out of the gate. The most important thing is to not "scavenge" (hunt) unless you can do nothing else, because unlike Oregon Trail's bearpocalypse hunting minigame, scavenging is generally not worth it. Other than that, the basic concept of the game is the same. It is the first Greenlight game I've seen that I thought was worth getting, and I have not been disappointed.
