Excellent gunplay and movement mechanics, a fun combat loop with several viable builds per character.
The loot is a step up from BL3 and the firmware system is a much appreciated evolution of the anoint system.
Legendaries feel rewarding to get once again, although the dedicated drop rate feels a little bit too low.
It also feels like the power difference between Legendaries and the rest of the gear is not that big anymore, making legendaries feel less good to get.
I think the open world was a step back and i much prefer the instanced levels of old.
The performance on launch has not been good but has not affected me at a considerable level.
Coming from someone who has about 1500 hours in the series i will always welcome a new borderlands game, i will be waiting for more content before i sink a more considerable amount of time into this game.
The story is a appreciated more serious take in difference from 3, but is mind numbing on a second playthrough.

If you like to pull of flashy combos with sprinkled in taunts with more character than most main characters out there right now while leaning back and just enjoying all of the crazy shenanigans that are happening onscreen, all of this being scored by one of the better soundtracks of this generation,

If you're looking for a complete Video Game, look no further than Devil May Cry 5, the finale to the series that i keep closest to my heart
