Lootbox in a lootbox is such a scummy way to milk money off your customers. Like, come on. Don't install the game, don't spend any money in it. Not worth it until they walk back and apologise.

It worked in another Tank shooter, so why not here as well?

Do NOT buy the game if you are playing with a Wireless/Bluetooth Headset.

This is what the Developers said in 2021.

"Unfortunately Castle Crashers doesn't support bluetooth devices. Our current recommendation for now is to use a wired headset or speakers and see if that works."

They are a small company so you can't use your headset. Makes sense.
