Time continues to only march forward more rapidly towards our inevitable deaths. Any moment, any love, any joy, pain, or passion is simply a fleeting blip of energy. Doomed to complete and utter erosion by the winds of time. We are neither the first nor the last to inhabit even our own insignificant portion of this infinite fabric, of which there could be infinitely more. Any vague sentience is merely a blink of the cosmic eye. After which we are destined to remain for eternity as nothing more than dust.
