The open world sections of this game, and the map are not good, they're actually bad.

That being said, the world design, most of the writing(Why the does does the protag say "Cristpy Critters" all the damn time) and the combat is good enough to where the few times you have to travel long distances are more of a minor inconvenience than an actual drawback of the game.

I've played full 60 dollar game with less content than the Early Acess of this game

Honestly, this game is so much fun, the amount of options for how you want to take on both the story and the machines is crazy. It does lack a solid upgrade path for the weapons, as the best purchaseable weapons are available early if you're rich enough, and the actual good late game weapons are locked behind challanges and or in the DLC.

The story is incredible, while not giving you a lot of choice, like, at all, it's incredibly interesting, even with a bad villan. The NPCs are written like they're people, and all of the locations are gorgeous. I was lucky enough to not be plagued by the terrible technical problems, meaning that my outlook on this game is more positive that most others
