If any of those who read my previous review remember it, it was at a time when i was a bit younger and didnt fully understand the game and the mechanics. Warthunder is a good game, its a fun game but it has quite a few downsides to its upsides. Its Grind heavy, the grind has been slowed down insanely to where it takes a long time once you get to mid tier to unlock a new vehicle and the economy is corrected for previous patches but corrected too late and it has thrown balance fully out of whack. There is Russian bias as this is made by a russian company and their planes fly like nothing else, it is insanely noticeable how different a russian plane is from say american and borders at time on the ridiculous. Another issue is nerfing things into the ground to where .50cals are godly and german 20mm does very little at times just sparking and bombers Cost to repair is ridiculous and punishes players for playing a bomber more often than not. There isnt another game out there like war thunder and that might be what keeps bringing me back time and time again and it really is a fun game. The draw backs are very annoying but if you're interested look around, watch some videos by some good youtubers like bismark or Botime gaming and feel free to hop in, it's free after all and its a fun experience to rip the wings off an enemy plane and watch them plummet or to have your shots and the placement actually matter, to have skill actually matter and honestly using strategy in a game that isnt fully about strategy.
