This game reminded me that I do love gaming. 20 hours 100% (not efficiently) and loved every minute of it game play is fun, level design great, visuals fantastic. Its been so refreshing to sit and play a game that core focus was game play and visuals not "lets stretch the game play timer out by stupid grinding". On to the challenge mode and its still fun and great little perk letting you upgrade the already OP weapons by the end even further. Highly recommend if you just want a fun game that is easily replayable that you can complete in a week.

Played over 70 hours and still new quest to follow. Not gonna lie its awesome and annoying that you nee to find new building recipes my home base is a sprawling mess of stations as feel like if I start building ill end up finding a building material I like better so keep putting it off but the fact I am 70 hours deep and still loving the exploration new mobs and crafting mats is amazing. 100% recommend if you like RPG style game and if you love building as their are set pieces to build but you can go in and customise them easy make mosaic floors/walls or make full builds one small cube as a time.

I would recommend using the sliders to customise how you want it I play alone and wanted a faster paces so messed with them till I found what fit me the best.

Great controller

This game is like wolverine without muscle, attitude or claws just a good skeleton and nothing more. maybe in a few years time and many updates we may have the game we where promised, as it it now its more an alpha game I would not regret as much if it was say £15-20 but £39.99 for what you get its just a let down.

A few of the major issues in my opinion
1, You buy a new ship you get nothing back for your old one
2, After the first 4 hours its a grind... and not even an enjoyable one
3, All the planets are the same with a different color schema
4, The survival element is not challenging, fun or enjoyable just tedious

I did not get swiped up in the hype train or not give it a chance (gave it 26 hours of my life). I love survival and resource gathering games but this on so so below par I don't know how its classed as a full launch and not an alpha or beta version. I would recommend waiting a while to see if they so anything to add some content to this game it has potential to be a good game however the lack of story, tedious grind style resource gathering and overall feel of the game makes this probable the only game I have ever regretted buying.

Simply awesome. This is looking to be one of the best survival games that have come out in a long time, catering to both kinds of survivalist the aggressive "lets fight and kill everything" from air battles to underwater struggles and luring a rex into you tribes kill zone. Not my cup of tea but a good way to blow off steam but the extensive use of dinos to help you gather and build is more my thing and you can build some brilliant bases if you have the time and patients. At the moment the build system is a little irritating due to having to face a particular way in order to get it the way you want but the devs have said a rotate option is coming (thank god). I hope the bring in less functional items so once you have survived to a point you can start to thrives such as tables, chairs washroom (so you don’t have to soil yourself). all in all this has fast become my favorite game even if the controller interface is not as fast or as smooth as I would like I still will be getting this game again when it comes to the xbox. I hope the devs don’t let their standards drop and make this game into the few gems of the survival genre
