I can't emphasize how disappointing this is.
An actually good game ruined by an invasive developer.

To anyone who's unaware, Sony made it mandatory to create an account on their third party platform in order to play the game.

If you don't mind complying with companies pushing their lil hands anywhere they can and you can get over this, you'll enjoy this game, since it's a really well made video game.
But personally, i can't recommend this game now. This isn't what i signed up for and i feel scammed. If i had known a third party account will be required i would've never gone through with buying this game

The game took about 3 hours to get 100% achievements, reading all unique dialogue.

There are 11 characters to talk to and that being considered, it takes about 15 minutes on average to complete a storyline, which is underwhelming to say the least.

As much as i support all Anthropomorphic-themed games, i cant really recommend buying this one.


The art looks really great, the problem is that there is only one sprite per character + background art. The music is ok, not outstanding, don't expect levels of Echo.

The writing is exaggerated, mostly unfunny. You can boil down all the characters down to one or two words: 'weird girl' 'dumb guy' 'sportsy guy' 'cool guy' 'prankster' 'your friend' 'karate guy'. The only actual characterisation happens during the IT class, when you can interact with one of the 8 characters available there. And even then, its usually a nonsense ramble about nothing. That scene is unfortunately pretty monothematic and 'in your face' with everything (The highlight here is the frog guy)

A highlight of the entire game was the weirdo bug guy and how out of the left field the 'Egg storyline' was. Genuinely the last character i engaged with turned out to be the most interesting. Interesting = unhinged and bizzare

Still, get the game, give it a shot, give devs some feedback and don't refund it. Make sure they have the resources to fund their upcoming projects, which will hopefully be better!

A great release for fans of Landfall games. The only thung i would add would be the access to earlier versions of TABS, or clustertruck so people could see the progress of game develompent

I will probably never finish this game, it was fun while it lasted.

It was generally a fun experience, i started playing it about 3 years ago and i literally stopped before reaching the climax. Why?

having experienced the game for about 18-19 hours as well as many other visual novels, i didn't know if i should be expecting a payoff regarding my decisions or if it'll all be a disappointment. I enjoyed the buildup so much that i was worried the resolution would be disappointing.

Now, 3 years later, having launched the game again, i don't regret finally finishing it. I can recommend it to people who like furry content as well as stereotypical visual novels. Ive played many VNs and after experiencing the most generic stuff as well as remarkably surprising masterpieces, this game's story and choices don't stand out. Nevertheless it was a really fun and immersive experienience. It's not a masterpiece, but it's definitelly a good game. I look forward to Komeorebi, which i will buy on release, to see if Klace's team does a better or a worse job.

If you expect groundbreaking choices, then the game may be a disappointment. If you're looking for 20 hours of a fun linear story, with FULLY VOICED characters, it's a game for you.

Played for 1500 hours, there were some issues with the game but overall i loved it. The 1.7.2 Patch from 27.05.22 wiped all in-game achievements (number of kills, wins etc) and made playing multiplayer with your friends pretty much impossible because now the game doesn't allow lobbies with specific amounts of people to look for a game. If the devs fix the matchmaking, i'll change the review back to Positive and i'll discuss all good aspects of the game. As it stands for now, IF YOU WANT TO PLAY MULTIPLAYER, DON'T BUY THE GAME.

EDIT: They gave back the multiplayer achievements/statistics. But the que is still broken and multiplayer is unplayable.

EDIT:By the 6th of June the in-game achievements were fixed along with multiplayer statistics.

EDIT:31.10.2022 - I got back to playing Bannerlord again, after a break of couple of months. I loved the game before and i couldn't wait to play it again with my friends. So, the problem is - none of my friends play the game now - TaleWords haven't fixed the multiplayer update yet and you cant really find games. Its only working because of th official release now

Game clearly made with heart.
Your choices dont matter much, bur the story is interesting and involving. This game's artstyle is verry pretty and eyecatching. Music choice is okay. Ive played many vusial novels, and this one is absolutely worth Your money and time. Despite your choices being a bit meaningless and in spite of there being no conseqences for using all possible dialogue options, i feel like this game was a great experience.

Gr8 game, Good memories

Graphics are okay, voiceacting is allright.
I love visual novels and other games that let the player choose dialogue options and decide for himself on how plot is gonna play out. But this game...
I've really tried, I've given this game two hours. But the amount of flustration and boredom that i experienced throughout those two hours was incredible. I was really trying to get involved in the plot, but something in this game just doesn't work. Maybe its the way story is being told? Maybe its how pointless and idiotic everything you do in this game felt?
Its really sad, because clearly some talent went into making this game, and people who made it cared about their product.
Happily, i bought this game when it was on a sale, so i didnt pay full price but i still regret spending my cash on it. I dont reccomend this game. Its totally repetitive and boring.

An absolute positive. I have just finished my first run which turned out to be Lesley Route. [by the way it took me 20,5 hours which is a solid gameplay time for a visual novel :) ].

I also really like the way this game tells us his story. [no, i won't spiol :>] There are some cliché characters like "the shy boy" or "the strong comfty guy", but it isn't as visible as in other visual novels. I also really like attention to detail in most of backgrounds. I found like 2 mistakes [one cat didn't have one leg shaded, outlined or anything done with it, that leg was just straight black color with white end. I don't remember the second mistake - they aren't hardcore mistakes, just a thing that artist skipped during painting those backgrounds due to exhaustion or hurrying probably ;D. Music is OK, sometimes too loud or too quiet, but it isn't that crucial because music pieces themselves are good. Sound effects are very good. every character has a few portraits that change due to emotion or situation, they are also OK, but to me it seems like some portrait have been made by different artist which is just a detail taht i noticed :)

I can't say much about meaningful decisions in this game, but i will definitelly replay it and try other routes :3 I will update this review if they are bad. This game is really good and this is why i feel safe to assume that your choices do really matter, so i will edit this review if they don't.
