Only 9 hours in, but I enjoy this game. I enjoy factorio/city skylines/dyson sphere project style games. This is more relaxed though. So far it's very chill, but has a lot of strategic game mechanics you'll have to use to get the achievements and progress the game.

I went full on "dyson sphere program" at first and tried to harvest all of everything all once and realized that was not how this game works, you need to go slower and calculate what resources you need and where, and hot to logistically send them to where they need to go to progress the game. Don't rush like a super-min-max nerd, just play the game. It's light-hearted and fun. Music reminds me of oxygen not included, just chill and relaxing.

I guess after typing all that and thinking about it, the game is like a lot of other games, but actually offers a unique twist and difference that makes it stand out... i tried playing it like those other games, and realized that doesn't work... it makes you think. I like that.

Brutal disregard for your feelings and 100% unforgiving game. Build a huge base? It'll be raided, promise. Get a great gun? You'll probably get sniped in the woods. Find a great stash of loot? You'll probably hit a bear trap. But... make a random friend and run the entire map looting and surviving? It'll always bring you back.

I've never had a game give me so many emotions: From excitement, joy, pure terror and panic, to overwhelming sense of achievement when you and a few friends win a huge gun fight and steal another group's car. There really isn't any game like this out there.

Though still not finished (key words here), it does bring a fresh yet familiar experience to the mount and blade franchise. Some parts are very familiar, some are very fresh. Graphics are WORLDS better than the previous mount and blade games but are still kind of lacking on today's standards. Remember (unfinished). Some parts look fantastic, some look... well, unfinished. It goes with the territory.

I'm excited to see what the future brings and what adaptions they add to this game. It's fun, it's challenging, and you can play through the game in a platitude of ways based on your play-style and still enjoy the game.

If you have any experience with the previous games, I'd recommend giving this a shot. It's quite entertaining. It can be frustrating as 'it's not finished', and some parts seem super hard, others super easy. Bottom line in my opinion: It's worth playing right now, and will only improve as updates come.

By far the worst game I have ever played. I cannot believe this game ever made it past the first idiot who mumbed the words "lets take the C&C name, and then change everything about the story-line, gameplay, visuals, and then make it the most awkward format in existence, and then to top it off, make it look like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pixelated 1998 video game!".
