I did not expect to sink 200+ hours into this holy moly.
Surprisingly addictive blend of dam building & city building, and I like the culture of these beavers.

I don't think there is quite anything like this that is both accessible, crude, meticulously detailed, and nostalgic.

I'd recommend this to anyone that think it seems even slightly up their alley.
If you are into modding, map making, or ametour game dev, you will wind plenty of tropes familiar to you (Such as modder's megalovania)

The game is a fun little experience. It is a good exploration of the idea "What if I could move around the panels of a comic book?"
The Spy-Noir theme is executed on well, and obviously leaning fully into the tropes.

My only real complaint is I wish they had experimented more with how characters are animated and stylized, but the readability is good all around, which is what matters.

Interestingly it has no dialogue or text to tell the story, really.

Great if you like going into games blind without worrying about wasting your time. All the games are enjoyable in their own way.

This game is based on an alternate timeline in terms of technology and history, and it also feels like the game itself is from an alternate timeline where RPG games and Point-n-click adventure games are way different, and I loved every second of it.
If you are a sucker for labors of love where you can feel every persons passion for the project, this is a must-play.

What you see is what you get.

Just a pleasant experience overall, well worth the charitable price tag
