Phantom Abyss is a very enjoyable first person platformer with roguelike elements. It is very challenging and fun to see how far you can make it in each temple.

To this day owning a copy of CoD:WaW is still worth it. The metric ton of custom zombies maps that are out there make the game well worth your money. I know that Black Ops 3 has many custom maps and that one is well worth it as well, but the originator of the zombies phenomenon is still well worth your time!

Tower of Guns is an indie game developed almost exclusivly by one man. He poured his heart and soul into making this game and it shows. If you are a fan of Quake style movement and shooting along with the excitement of the rogue-lite genre then I would highly recommend this game! Its go character and requires skill to master. Give it a shot and support an awesome developer. He is currently working with a team on his second game Mother Gunship I would also recommend checking that out as it takes the elements from Tower of Guns and improves them while adding the element of building your own insanely crafted weapons.

Take-Two demonstrates its greed and anti-consumer practices in abhorent fashion. Until they reverse their anti-modding stance I will be boycotting them. I highly suggest that anyone who enjoys mods in video games do the same.

Not since the Portal games have I been this engrossed in a puzzle game. If you a fan of solving puzzles and having to workout your brain then I would absolutely suggest that you get this game. I've found that while some of the puzzles can be frustrating at times it is extremely rewarding to solve one that you've been having trouble with and when you do you get that feeling of being super smart. Its the same feeling when you solved a difficult puzzle in the Portal games. Absolutely worth your time!!

This game is a definite Masterpiece. The wonderful folks over at CD Projekt Red have hit the nail on the head here. While the game does have some bugs and glitches none that I have encountered have been game breaking in any way. The dev team is extremely dedicated to their game and they should be damn proud of what they have accomplished here. They have been amazing about releasing free DLC and addressing bugs and glitches in the game. So, not only do we have one of the best RPGs in a long while (and that's saying something considering the resurgence in the RPG genre of late. With excellent games such as Divinity: Original Sin, Wasteland 2, and Pillars of Eternity on the scene, The Witcher 3 holds its own amongst them and even surpasses them in some aspects.) Heartily give this game two enthusiastic thumbs way way up and commend CD Projekt Red on once again being awesome!

This game has suprised me. It has elements of rougelikes, twin-stick shooters, and RPGs. I initially bought it when it was on sale over at Humblebundle.com for something like a dollar or two. I thought, 'hey this will be a good hour or so' then 5 hours later I realised that this game had me hooked. Once the DLC for Act V and the Samurai came out I happily paid the $6 for it. This game is well worth that and even more.

The art style is charming and I've found that I really enjoy the asthetic of the monsters, player models, and all the effects. The UI leaves something to be desired though. These guys are constantly updating things and they listen to player feedback. Although, they can get a bit defensive at times. There are a few issues which make it a little bit frustrating at times. For instance if you view a relic that you don't want inbetween waves you have to push B (or the keyboard equivalant) to discard it. This will automatically trigger the next wave since the discard relic and start next wave buttons are one in the same. The reason this is annoying is because if there was a dungeon or crypt that you wanted to visit between waves, well, that's closed until the next wave now. All-in-all this is only a minor concern.

The game is completely addictive. Each run is over once you die but you level you character and become more powerful and your next run is even better than the last. As with many games with rouge-lite elements you will amass items in order to make your toon more powerful over the course of the run. This is reminiscent of The Binding of Issac. One run might not be very powerful and you might die early on, and the next run you'll be a god smashing through hoards of mobs with righteous vengeance! The addtion of online co-op and the inclusion of local co-op just enhance this experience. However, a word of caution; the MP aspect of the game is currently in a buggy state. While the devs are constantly working to fix it, it would seem that they are having a bit of trouble in that department. None-the-less, I still highly recommend this game.
