I've played a LOT of survival crafting type games. Like a seriously unhealthy amount, and I can with 100% confidence say this one is by FAR the best one I've ever played.

Bravo Pocketpair, bravo.

Really fun. Mechanics can be a little clunky, and there's still a lot to work on, but I've been really enjoying the game.

really good dlc, a lot better than what you'd find in many other games. plus being a great game already makes it a double win.

Your experience with this game greatly depends on the type of server you pick. I hate to see people trash the game because of the people playing it. Yeah it sucks to spends hours building up to lose it all and have to start from scratch, but there are TONS of games with that same style. I've been on servers with horrible communities and hated this game with a fiery passion. the first time i made a character and was on the island i was killed without warning. However, As soon as i switched to an RP server that had players that weren't all just going around randomly slaughtering each other and made the game into a whole different world with its own story i loved every minute of it. the game is getting better by the week and from the sounds of it it'll just keep getting better.
