This game goes above and beyond expectations. The "relations quest" design is interesting and engaging, provides fun activities to do besides the main quest, and hands you twists and turns that will keep you immersed in every story told throughout the game. 40 hours in, and I'm only done with 50% of the game. The level of spell craft and combo craft in this game is insane. So many combinations to choose from, and allowing you to mix and match spells to make your gameplay experience unique to you.

There are builds showing up online, but I have found that there is no "best" or "right way" to get/be strong. With the gear options, every build or spell-focused wizard/witch can reach the top damage numbers with some hard work and dedication.

Do I recommend this game? ABSOLUTELY. Avalanche did an amazing job with this game, as it's exactly what I needed.

For anyone who is review bombing this game due to J.K. Rowling. Yes, there are royalties that she receives. Yes, she was brought in to help with the game on a few occasions. But, the royalties are small, and the help she garnered was castle/world detail and that is all. Avalanche did a good job with the writing, and put check marks in all the boxes that you put forth for inclusion. Give the game a chance, and remember what it was like watching the movies growing up. Bring a little bit of magic back into your life.
