Hey bud. A new phishing scam story for you, but I think it's similar to what you experienced. User adds me and asks me to be in his TF2 team for a tournament. I ask for details and he links me to a kinda legit-looking tourney website, except every link on it either jumps you around the page or tries to get you to log in to Steam. When you click it, a fake login window appears with a real-looking steamcommunity URL but the window is actually still part of the main webpage. The web browser I was using even refused to load that fake page properly because of how suspicious it was.
