I was so happy that I backed this game on Kickstarter. It turned out to be an amazing adventure that was absolutely worth it. I adore this game and 100% recommend it to anyone who likes open world survival games. The story is super unique and fun, the world built in this game is unforgettable.

This Game though.
(I specifically avoided all spoilers when writing this!)

1.) Sound Design 10/10
-The music during the final battle is just amazing.

2.) Beautiful Grapics
-Whats meant to be beautiful, is very very beautiful
-Whats meant to be scary and gross is very gross
-The level of detail is stellar

3.) Story is super interesting
-Its original and it has a sort of a reverse "save the princess" thing going on
-If you like Norse lore, theres lots of that referenced in this game

4.) Senua is a bad*** b****
-Actual cool girl
-Has an actual personality
-Tougher than you
-Tougher than me
-Will fight you and win

5.)Gameplay is good
-There are some very interesting mechanics in the game
--Specifically theres this battle mechanic that is smoother than your favorite lube
-The puzzles are interesting
-Combat does not overstay its welcome
--Boss battles are challenging but not over-the-top
-Game length is perfect

-IN SUMMARY-
I very much enjoyed this game and the unique challenges it brought with it. The story is emotional, the journey is emotional both literally and metaphorically. It's obvious that the developers carefully crafted this game, and I wouldnt change anything about it.

I would say that the only thing this game doesnt have is replayability. Unfortunately it doesnt offer anything for replays.

I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS GAME

I've put a lot of hours into this game, I enjoy the random levels and items. I would definately recommend this game to people who like easy to play rouge-likes.

Good: Interesting story, Great atmosphere, Cool monsters, Awesome Characters, Fantastic Gameplay.

I adore the art style of this game, I really like the dark-side-scrolling-dungeon look. The characters in this game have personality in the form of "Quirks", I havent ever seen anything like it and I think its great. The narrorator is pretty much my favorite. Also the classes of warriors they have is really interesting,.

If you're looking for something that you can spend hours playing, or is awesome to replay, and you like rouge-like dungeon crawlers that make you growl at your warriors when they become afflicted instead of virtuous, This game is for you.
This game is pretty much for everybody.

Unless you dont like Dungeon crawlers... then maybe it's not for you.

Skullgirls is probably the best 2d fighting game.
I love the characters, love the indie feel.

This is a great game.
Everyone should have it.
Does need a controller though, or else you cant really proc moves, since you cant do a semi-circle with your keyboard.
still buy this game though.

This is a relaxing puzzle game.
The difficulty of the levels ascends at a really good pace, because by the time you've figured out the one before, you're pretty much set to figure out the next one.

I DO Wish there were more levels or people could create their own puzzles, it would add replay-ability to this game.
but over all, if you want a low key game that makes your brain work a bit.
