great game after all these years i still come back to it

The best tactical fps, hard to get into it, hard to get off it once you are in

I have played this game being my first Total War game, and I got to say that it is really good, the soundtrack is captivating, the interaction with the other clans through the Diplomacy system, the economics and the Clan Management are both captivating, the Mastery of Arts is something I am not quite fond of but it is well made, now to the realism of the combat, I gotta say you can defend a fortress with 50 untrained men against 400 archers and spearmen if you use them wisely, and It feels pretty good when you manage, also you can lose any battle no matter how big are the odds of you winning if you do not play your cards right, tbh this game if difficult, I have played over 70 h and I still feel like a noob, but by al means, it is great, and I do recommend it, one of my last single-player attepts ended after 16 hours and I lost, not because I lost my land but because the shogunate ended, so be prepared to face a game that will destroy you until you are prepared to be strategic enough for it

Well, so far so good, this game has a different vibe from any other game, you will feel like playing dark souls and abzu/journey at the same time, the artstyle is beautiful the combat is quite good but the progression through the game is quite... well... boring, no story to tell, no explanation, no reason for fighting every npc you come across, the mechanics for fighting are inspired more by anime than a real life fight, you can kill someone by punching him 3 times but you need 6 sword slices, so far dexterity is just the same as strength and the moves are slowly "loading", the fact that we all look the same but one is 10 times stronger than another one that is 10000000 times faster for not wearing clothes amazes me, I will come back with another review when I consider this game of no interest anymore

They fixed mostly everything and the game became what it was supposed to be

Robust at first but it gets me excited, every mission is quite challeanging but you will find it beautiful and don't let me tell a thing about the landscapes... because they are majestic. A great game, a great story, even a bigger impact.
The end though, the end stole a tear of me. The whole game is related to the others and this tells me that the next game will finally get rid of the old Desmond story and hit us with something new.
