Best Battlefield game since Battlefield 3.

This game is essentially Dirt Rally 2 but finally with the latest WRC cars & timed events which allow you to relive classic WRC moments. The game does suffer from some performance issues on my 6600XT - most of the time it is fine but I find that in some stages the FPS can drop significantly just by turning a corner or freeze up for half a second, causing you to fly off the road.

The gameplay is great, there is some way to go in terms of optimisation.

If you're a fan of Skate you'll like this game. The world doesn't feel as alive as the Dkate games but the fundamentals are the same

Had this game since Early Alpha and every few months theres always a reason to come back to it, and it's always fun to play with friends.

Very chilled out game with good attention to detail, still very fun to go back to & waste a whole day every so often.

You'll spend 90% of your time in this game beating people up like a Batman game or ripping parts off cars going at high speed, of course its fun.

surprisingly fun

This is kind of a rant but I do want to make a point, please don't just think that "I'm mad at the devs" or something, and don't say "shouldn't buy Early Access games" because I bought ARK a long time ago & didn't really care as I saw it had potential.

So I bought ARK when it was first released last year to play with friends. I have not played it much since (8 hours gametime in over a year) because I felt it was lacking content that I hoped would be added later.

With the release of the DLC for the game (despite it still being in Early Access) I now realise that the content will likely be put behind a paywall. The whole point of Early Access is to push out features to your game & get community feedback to make improvements. DLC eliminates that whole purpose, proving the ARK devs really only use Early Access cause their game is a mess.
Early Access also states that should a game have a full release, all early access backers will have access to that FULL RELEASE. With DLC in an Early Access game, I can no longer acquire access to a "full release" should the game ever reach that state. I have already requested a refund pointing out these flaws in what ARK is doing but it got rejected as I had 8 hours gametime over the last year...
