Jabłecznik

**Składniki:**
*Ciasto:* 3 szklanki mąki, 200 g masła, 3 łyżki cukru pudru, 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia, 1 jajko, 2 żółtka, 2 łyżki śmietany.
*Nadzienie:* 1,5 kg jabłek, 3 łyżki cukru, 1 łyżeczka cynamonu, 1 łyżka bułki tartej (opcjonalnie).

**Przygotowanie:**
1. Zagnieść kruche ciasto, podzielić na dwie części, schłodzić 30 min.
2. Jabłka obrać, zetrzeć, wymieszać z cukrem i cynamonem.
3. Rozwałkować większą część ciasta, wyłożyć na blaszkę, dodać jabłka, przykryć resztą ciasta.
4. Piec 45-50 min w 180°C. Posypać cukrem pudrem.
