Used to love playing this, but got bored with it and haven[t played in ages. Fired it up today and was
extremely disappointed to discover it and all the rest of the borderlands series have been turned into MMO's. Not my thing. Very disappointing since much of my game investment has gone to this series and is now useless to me.

The constant cut scenes are very distracting and a disappointment with game play flow. BUT, The graphics are astounding! Shear size and complexity of city and surrounds leaves me gobsmacked. A caveat though, my system is top of the line (literally half my net worth) and every thing is set to ultra. Game runs high frame rates without the slightest bobble, stutter, jagged edge, tear, etc., etc,.
ADDENDUM : This is a single map of enormous size, having hundreds (thousands?) of locked doors. All those doors could be access to adding jobs side jobs, gigs, ? , etc. . DLC . enough to make a world as complex as reality itself. Weaving main stories with sub plots, stand alone plots, and inter-plot results of , , ,, , , , ....

ADDENDUM II : Phantom Liberty::: Increased annoyance of cut scenes, Longer, and into battles being marched into , with key binds scrambled, no controls work.

Extreme steep learning curve at first but flattens out quickly with tutorials from u-tube. Obscenely powerful tool for CG of all kinds, , , just bring talent and you can do awesome things with it. And it is FREE!

Finally another VR title worthy of a high end rig. Didn't pay $1200 for a graphics card to watch/play stick figures, cartoons or scrollers as is the case with most of the VR games trying to get a piece of the market on I-phones and consoles! Challenging content, Awesome graphics, physics and very entertaining. Have finished full run through (38 hrs) and will be playing for hundreds of hours more. (like my 200+ hrs on FO4VR)

Early Access Review
XXXXXstremely recommend this to owners of High end VR gaming rigs!!!! Awesome game. We need larger community of players and Guild/Team groups to network together some awesome play time. I was put off by the epic music in the demo clips but after buying and playing it have become an avid promoter of it. Has a great future possible.

good graphics great "engine" but infuriating clumsy awkward Avatar (dive suit) made frustration level to high for fun game. 3d play was impresive graphics but the tiny window (again dive suit) made attempts to move nauseating. As an aside the theme (old man carrying around a little girl drug addict) seemed dodgy at best.
