Torĝoj estas tradicia dolĉa manĝaĵo en multaj hispanlingvaj kulturoj, precipe dum la Semano Santa aŭ Pasko. Jen simpla recepto en Esperanto:

**Ingrediencoj:**
- 1 bageto aŭ pano de hieraĵo
- 500 ml lakto
- 3 ovoj
- 100 g sukero
- 1 vanila sukerujo
- 1 litro da oleo por fritado
- Mielaĵo por glacii (laŭ prefero)
- Kanela por polvorigi (laŭ gustumo)

**Preparado:**
1. Trancu la panon en ŝnurojn ĉirkaŭ 2 cm dikaĵe.
2. En granda skvamo, miksu la lakton kaj vanilan sukerujon.
3. Varmigu la oleon en poto ĝis ĝi estas sufiĉe varmega por friti.
4. En alia skvamo, batus la ovojn kune kun la sukero ĝis konsistigi homogenan paston.
5. Trempu ĉiun panon en la lakta miksaĵo kaj poste en la ova pasto.
6. Fritu la torĝojn en la varmega oleo ĝis ili estas belkoloraj.
7. Metu la frititajn torĝojn sur papertukon por absorbi la superfluan oleon.
8. Glaciu la torĝojn per mielo kaj polvorigu per kanela.
9. Servu varmajn kaj ĝuu!
