Really,who designed this?
you have to create an individual account from steam, but this account is only,and for literaly nothing else, steam. instead of using the steamaccount as BDO account,no, you have to create a seperate one beause someone thought,that might be a good idea.
that tself is already really stupid, but what tops this, is that you cant log in with you account from the official website, and thats not all! both launchers share the same database, so oyu cant even create a new account on steam using the same email. so if you have one email address and created an account on the website,you're ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and cant create a new account for the steam version. so you are either forced to use the launcher from their website and download everything again, or create a new email, jsut for this game,because some dev had a brilliant idea.
that alone sais enough about this game. i highly doubt that the tons of flaws from the original BDO ( like player collision, mod collison, impossible farming times on higher level, huge cashgrab, p2w to the max etc.) were fixed, when i see this stuff.

I've not played that long, but i guess a review from the perspective of a noob is something, some people want to see?

First the positives:
-fast gameplay
-good graphics
-runs smoothly
-doesn't require a good internet connection
-zero to none p2w
-robobooty

but there are negatives:
-grindy,even in early hours of the game
-story starts pretty weak(the first baddies are the typical "i want to rule everything because i want it" baddies)
-slidejump shoots often up to 45° to the right instead of straight forward
-some minor bugs where mobs can be pushed or pulled into walls/objects
-most colors for recoloring only available when spending real money
-i personally felt pretty lost about many things,like how do i get this oder where do i have to go to do that and stuff


overall,i think theres no harm done trying the game,it's free after all. It's more fun with friends and the grind gets a bit stale at times,but the whole thing is pretty good.
