Roboquest is an american boomer version of Gunfire Reborn. This game is fun, fast, and gunplay is satisfying. PIck this up with one or two other buddies and have plenty of fun.

This is the game of the year Diablo 4 wished it could be.

Crab Champions is the champion for games at this price point.

Straight to the point action with fast paced movement which includes double jumping and sliding. Still, you can play at your own pace with your selected difficulty settings and weapon of choice. Crab Champions knows it's a fun game and it doesn't take itself too seriously. I recommend this now, in it's Early Access stage and I cannot wait for what updates come next.

Gunfire Reborn's game play is unparalleled in it's genre.

This is an FPS, Roguelite, RPG that you can play with up to 4 friends. The Eastern influences on the gameplay and art style is a refreshing take for an FPS. It may feel a little jolting at first but I assure you it is worth it.

The movement can feel a little slow starting out, but this changes quickly with various pick ups during your run that will change that. These pick ups during a run are called "scrolls" and they are what makes every single run unique. The scrolls can give extra dashes, faster movement, raw damage to all your weapons going forward, too many to write here. Certain combinations will make you ultra powerful, which is the thrill of the game.

There are a lot of weapons to choose from in this game. Enough to satisfy all play styles. From your traditional weapons like SMGs, snipers, shotguns, and rifles to unique weapons like a pistol that shoots venomous ooze, gloves that throw out a beam of lightning, and even a set of cards that you can throw at enemies like daggers. Again, something for everyone.

The RPG mechanics stem from earning a currency called "Soul Essence" i.e., experience at the end of each run. Soul Essence can be spent to unlock talents which little by little will be upgrading your runs in the long term. Small percentage increases to weapon damage, earn more Soul Essence at the end of each run, and have more choices to choose from for the in run shop NPC, these are just some examples.

This is the game to play with friends.

TL;DR

It's better than Roboquest and Mythforce, which are the only two other titles that currently compete in the FPS Roguelike Multiplayer category. At the $20 price point this is a steal for the amount of fun that can be had. This game is unique and the amount of content it has had since even when it was in early access, puts other titles to SHAME.

The aesthetic is supreme.

Choose to fight friends or foes in this multiplayer shooter experience. Play 1v1 or bring a friend along for 2v2 matches. This shooter's gun play is crisp, fun, and reliable. The movement can be slow paced or fast, depending on the cards at play. Build your deck and use cards to influence the round. Cards work in a variety of ways to give your team an advantage for the current round. Make your enemies head bigger, spawn a grenade launching turret to give your self a defensive edge, or give yourself a sniper rifle which outclasses the standard pistol. There are definitely cards better than others and you can unlock new cards by Booster Packs. Booster Packs can earned by gaining experience for a level up or by purchasing from the shop using in game currency, both being rewarded after completing a match.

A bang for your buck experience for the introductory price of $5.99.

DeadPoly is from TFL Games which is one developer. This game has been mostly unsupported in recent times as the dev is taking time to rebuild the game from the ground up. Do not expect big content roll outs until this project is finished. What the game is right now is what you're going to get.

I still recommend DeadPoly for anyone trying to scratch a DayZ/Rust itch, but who also is not looking to provide a deeper time investment to your playing sessions. Also coming in at a $10 price tag, the game is much cheaper than the alternatives if you're looking to convince friends or family to play.

If you're looking to play this game solo, Single player is an option too.

For those who might be new to the genre of Open World Multiplayer Survival Games this is a good alternative introduction to these type of games:

You can fight other players and reward yourself with their items, or take the time to find loot scattered across the multiple cities on the map. Gather resources and build a base, or take over someone else's home.

I'd recommend waiting unless you're a huge fan of Dune like I am. The game is unfinished (it's in early access.) but whats in here is magic. If you're a fan of Dune, RTS, and Strategy games this game is for you.

I really look forward to the future of this game.
